Return Policy & Process:
You have 14-days from the day you received your item. We quality check all items returned to us – items should be returned in a new and unused condition, with labels attached and wherever possible, sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if the returned item does not meet our returns criteria above or is returned to Nesh UK Ltd outside of the the 14 day period.

All the times stated are estimates based on normal service.

At Nesh UK Ltd will strive to process all order the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, are processed the next working day. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
